FFRC Winter Half Marathon Program
Fleet Feet Sports Columbia Fall Half Marathon training program is designed to help runners and run/walkers successfully complete the Augusta University Half Marathon or Columbia Run Hard Half Marathon (13.1 miles). The 13/14 week program will safely train beginners for their first half marathon, or help experienced runners improve upon their previous half marathon time. NEW TO 2018 EARN YOUR BADGE. We believe all your hard work and effort deserve a symbol of achievement, which is why all Fleet Feet Running Club members will earn a badge after completion all programs. The races listed are the target races but you are welcome to choose a different race or run/walk with us for accountability. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving by providing guidance and advice. The program includes: weekly group training run/walks, weekly newsletters with training tips, educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! Program start date November 27th 6:30pm Irmo Community Park Amphitheater.
